This course enables early career professionals to start growing their own project know-how – in heart, head, and hands – for the long term. It shows how you can do this solo, wherever you are, starting right now. It introduces key ideas including team purposes, paradigms of know-how, and project constructs. It also offers basic resources for self-directed learning, including a big-picture view of the dynamic project field, and AI coaching, informed by six paradigms of project know-how. Leveraging these, this course provides both a career navigation map, long-term, and project know-how coaching, moment by moment.
The course is available to you for 60 days. During that time, if you have questions or insights, you can share and collaborate online in our discussion group "Grow Your Own Together" (at the bottom of this page).
And finally, don't worry about the course ending! Afterwards, you can keep your own panorama and all the planning you have done, in your Mural account. So that you can keep growing your own project know-how, continously.
